Get help with your sizeMeasure the inside opening
Lay a well-fitting ring flat. Measure straight across the inside opening in millimetres, from inner edge to inner edge. Leave the metal band out of the measurement.
Inner circumference is the distance around that opening. A jeweller can check your fit with a ring sizer.
